An extravagant line-up, from main course to dessert, is in store after the Emmy Awards (POP SUGAR).
After a long night of stars' speeches getting cut off by orchestra music, Emmy winners (and losers) will enjoy a decadent meal at the 2013 Governors Ball.

More than 200 chefs are set to prepare the food and drinks for the extravagant dinner, which has an “enchanted forest" theme. Here’s a look at what Executive Chef Alec Lestr of Patina Catering and Pastry Chef Carlos Enriquez have planned for the big night.

First Course

Gem Lettuce Salad, made with basil-scented mozzarella, marinated heirloom tomatoes, heirloom beets, crisp basil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Main Course

Filet mignon, red wine-braised short rib, potato tart stuffed with D’Anjou pear and fresh asparagus in red wine sauce

Dessert

A spin off of black forest cake, featuring a creamy, sour, pudding chocolate cake sprayed with chocolate velvet and topped with devils food cake, roasted cherries, cherry tapioca and mascarpone cream

Cocktail

Vodka-based cocktail with juiced cucumber, St. Germain liqueur and lime juice and garnished with cucumber and rosemary
