U.S. and Russian talks over how Syria would turn over its chemical weapons have already proven difficult, USA Today reported.

Despite President Obama's acceptance of Russia's proposal Tuesday morning, a congressional vote over whether to authorize a military strike against Syria could still happen should the U.N. talks fail.

California's lawmakers, many of whom sit on foreign affairs committees, would influence the vote.

Neon Tommy broke down the voting history of these congressional leaders and included their public statements of whether they would vote for a military strike against Syria.
