A car bomb exploded near Libya’s Foreign Ministry building in Benghazi on Wednesday. This explosion took place exactly one year after the attack that killed the U.S. ambassador and three other Americans.

According to the LA Times, the blast caused no serious causalities, however did slightly injure several passers-by. No group has come forward to claim responsibility for the attack. Wednesday’s bombing as well as last year’s attack, killing U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens, both took place on the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.

Prime Minister Ali Zidan reportedly issued a warning to those involved with this attack and other acts of violence that have plagued Libya in recent years. He said, “We will not bow to anyone.”
