Zimmerman Visits Gun Factory

In a move that even his lawyers are chiding him for, George Zimmerman took a trip to a familiar a gun factory last week.

Zimmerman, known for the death and acquittal of teenaged Trayvon Martin, has gotten people discussing the pros and cons of guns laws once again. While the jury ruled in his favor and gave him a not guilty ruling for acting in self-defense, many people spoke for the defense of the unarmed Martin.
It is with this mentality and recognition that Zimmerman’s lawyers acknowledge his mistake in looking at more guns. The gun factory he visited is in fact the same one that made the gun he used on Trayvon Martin.

"We understand how George visiting the factory that produces the gun used to shoot Trayvon Martin is seen as inappropriate," Shawn Vincent, spokesman for Zimmerman's lawyer Mark O'Mara, told Reuters on Friday.
Celebrity news website TMZ posted a photo of Zimmerman at the Kel-Tec plant in Cocoa, shaking hands with an employee and grinning.
The website reported that he asked questions about the legality of buying a Kel-Tec KSG, a 12-gauge pump-action shotgun.”
