In just a few weeks, the world's largest floating dance party is coming to So Cal.

Well known in party destinations like Miami, the now-notorious Groove Cruise started years ago as a private event for a few friends looking to have a good time and share their love of dance music on a boat.

The cruise has grown immensely since then, and thousands of young adults partake in the festivities for a once-in-a-lifetime experience each summer. The itinerary has you partying on a ship AND beach-hopping on the coasts of Ensenada, Mexico and Catalina Island. This weekend getaway even has a private beach party (with Dirty Dutch performing!) according to the itinerary.

Plenty of sun, epic dance music by world-renowned DJs, fun-loving & like-minded people, and a virtually all-inclusive three-night Carnival cruise... what more do you need to close out the summer than a marquee event on a boat with all your friends?

The memories made on this cruise will probably end up being the stuff legends are made of.

Groove Cruise even gives Neon Tommy readers an exclusive discount! Just type the code "NTGROOVECRUISE" to receive $50 off, and you're on your way to international paradise. For more information, go here.

Heads up: rooms on the cruise ship are 90 percent sold out, the site reports. So get your friends together and don't miss the boat... literally. And if you're having trouble envisioning what this floating dance party can possibly look like, the teaser says it all:

Amazing, right? Here's the lineup:
