The L.A. Fire Department arrived at the scene, but Brown refused medical treatment and attempts to transport him to the hospital.

"Chris suffered a nonepileptic seizure," a rep confirmed to the N.Y. Daily News. "His doctor tneded (sic) to him this afternoon and attributes the [seizure] to intense fatigue and extreme emotional stress, both due to the continued onslaught of unfounded legal matters and the nonstop negativity."

TMZ claims that Brown suffered seizures as a child.
