At around 1 o’clock PM on Wednesday afternoon, a school bus with a group of 6th grade female students on board, overturned in an accident.

32 children were sent to local hospitals, but only 20 people were injured, including the bus driver. Reports say that the students only faced minor injuries, while no one faced anything critical. The bus was carrying the girls from Pembroke Hill in Kansas City when it rolled over on K-7 and K-32 in Bonner Springs, originally set to go on an overnight church camp.

A bus behind the turned over bus carried 6th grade boys, but none faced any injuries and were all sent home.
