Third Victim Of Asiana Airlines Flight 214 Crash Dies

A third victim of the San Francisco Asiana Airlines plane crash has died. The victim, a girl, was taken to San Francisco General Hospital and died of her injuries on Friday morning.

Her death marks the third woman victim to die from the crash. According to Rachel Kagen, a hospital spokesman, her family has requested that her identity and injuries not be released.

However, the hospital noted that the victim was of the three in critical condition who suffered injures to their spinal chord, traumatic brain injuries, internal bleeding and abdominal injuries.

Aside from announcing the latest death from the crash on Friday Police confirmed suspicion that one of the two teens were run over  by a fire truck responding to the emergency.

Although the investigation into the crash is ongoing the runway where the crash occured reopened Friday evening after the airport cleared the area of wreckage by dawn.
