New LAUSD Board President Under Investigation For Sexual Harassment
The allegations of sexual harassment were made by two employees, one male and one female.

"People's jobs were threatened. People were harassed. People expressed (incidents) of sexual harassment. People indicated that they were guided, coerced and directed to hire or not fire employees who had otherwise-concerning backgrounds," another employee, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told the Daily News.

Vladovic has been the Board's San Pedro-area representative since 2007. He is a veteran administrator of Los Angeles-area schools, having worked as a teacher, principal and superintendent of the West Covina Unified School District.
In a close vote, four of seven Board members voted Vladovic in to replace Monica Garcia, who served six one-year terms, the Los Angeles Times reported.
