Bachmann Aide Arrested For Burglary

On Monday, a legislative director for Rep. Michele Bachmann was arrested in connection with a string of burglaries, reports The Daily Beast.
Javier Sanchez, 37, was charged with theft in the second degree for stealing from the Rayburn House Office Building.
“Earlier this year the United States Capitol Police was apprised of thefts that occurred in the Rayburn House Office Building,” spokesperson Shennell Antro told The Hill.
A spokesman for Bachman said that as of Friday Sanchez was no longer with the office.
The arrest was made by the U.S. Capitol Police.
