Every other week, writer Mara Hyman takes a look at the buzzworthy short films coming from the music video universe. Here are her latest picks:

Luke Bryan - "Crash My Party"

Country star Luke Bryan is back with his latest single, "Crash My Party." The song is very easy-going and laid back, allowing Luke to showcase his vocals. The video isn't necessarily original, but it certainly fits the mood of the song. We see Luke driving a pick-up truck, lots of nature shots, and a fireworks display at the end. All in all, the video is simply adorable. Are you a Luke Bryan fan?

Nina Nesbitt - "Way In The World"

This music newcomer recently released the title track off of her upcoming EP. The song is very folksy and uplifting with dynamic lyrics about Nina finding her way in the world, quite literally. It has a really catchy chorus and really lets her showcase her guitar playing ability as much as her voice. In the video we see her playing the guitar, walking on the beach and having fun with friends. Are you going to check out her EP?

Miley Cyrus - "We Can't Stop"

Oh Miley, what happened? This song and video is the clear introduction to the "new" Miley, who is trying really hard to make us forget her innocence from her "Hannah Montana" days. "We Can't Stop" is a clubby song with a bit of a hip-hop vibe, which is pretty different for Miley. The video is an interesting combination of twerking, dancing bears, making out with dolls, taxidermy animals, and much more. What are your thoughts - is she maturing too fast or not?

will.i.am - "Bang Bang" (Great Gatsby Version)

While the original video was released last month, will.i.am recently came out with the new video for his single "Bang Bang." Coming off of the "The Great Gatsby" soundtrack, the song is a fusion of old school 1920s jazz with futuristic techno. He is accompanied by a singer named Shelby Spalione, whose voice has an uncanny resemblance to that of Britney Spears. The video shows will.i.am surrounded by a band and appears in black and white. The new version of the video includes snippets from the movie during the party scenes. What do you think about will.i.am's new music style?

Alicia Keys - "Tears Always Win"

Lately it seems like Alicia Keys is getting better and better. Her latest single is a sad power ballad that shows Alicia's more vulnerable side and has a bit of a gospel feel. The video shows her as a Vegas show girl getting ready for a show. At the end we see her doing what she does best: jamming out at the piano surrounded by her band. What do you think of Alicia's growth as an artist?
