Holy "Grey's"!! Between cheating, beatings, and adoptions, this week's "Grey's Anatomy" was one for the books. Let's recap now!

Final Straw: A bloody and beaten Jo arrives at Alex's doorstep at the end of the last week's episode, and we all really know what happened. After a heated argument, Jason beat up Jo and she's a complete mess. Alex calms her down and leaves her in his room, determined to go and find Peckwell. Shortly thereafter, Alex shows up at the hospital, asking for Derek. He leads him to a seriously messed up Jason, unconscious, bloody and beaten. Jason has a serious brain injury. It's obvious Alex did a number on him, right? WRONG. After Meredith and Cristina corner him in a room to try and get the truth to come out - Alex keeps saying he "found him that way." Jo shows up out of nowhere and says she did it to him. Whoa. Intense.

Big Changes: Owen is starting to accept that Ethan's father is not going to wake up. He seriously considers adopting him himself, and reaches out to Meredith. Of course, Cristina discovers a tumor in the father's brain, and reoperates, hoping to finally wake him up. She succeeds. As Owen is finalizing his thoughts on taking Ethan for himself, Cristina runs to notify him that Ethan's day is awake. Hoping to finally have her husband back, he reacts coldly to her and quickly leaves the scene. Owen just can't win.

Close Call: Meredith is three weeks away from her due date, and McBaby is causing her to get kicked out of dangerous OR's and surgeries. After following Jo to tell her how Alex really feels about her, Meredith slips on the stairs and takes a nasty fall. She fears she may have hurt McBaby, but after a quick check up all is well. Thank God. At the end of the episodes, as doctors prepare for the superstorm, Meredith is talking to her Derek when all of a sudden......her water breaks. It's finally time to meet McBaby!

Happy Ending: It's easy to say April has been frustrated: for some reason Owen is kicking her off of all of her surgeries, forcing her to be prepping the OR for the superstorm that's coming. As the day moves on, April is getting increasingly infuriated and just wants to operate. As she's venting to Jackson, the ER gets a call. She runs outside to collect the patient, and the scene turns into a flash mob. All of the doctors come outside, (they knew what was coming), and watched as April is thrown into the air, and positioned into a seat, and we watch with tears in our eyes as Matthew comes out, hands April a single rose, and proposes to her. She says yes. April's engaged!!

Temptation: Super cute Dr. Boswell is still in town, getting ready to operate on the newborn whose brain is growing on the outside. The awkward flirty encounters continue between her and Arizona. After a successful surgery, Boswell asks Arizona to lead her to an on-call room, as she likes to be near her patients right after a serious surgery. An awkward goodbye turns into an awkward hug...which turns into intense kissing. When Arizona pushes away to exit the room, she instead locks the door and gives in to the temptation.

Last night's cliffhanger was sure to be the perfect set up for the finale of season 9 of "Grey's Anatomy". You can't miss out!
