Is an affair in the works for a couple in "Grey's Anatomy"? Did Arizona really cheat!? Let's recap the all-new "Grey's" now!

Here Comes Trouble: Alex and Jo dance around each other in the hospital, as Alex's heart needs mending, and Jo is still mad at him for sharing her broken past with her boyfriend. Cristina and Meredith tease him about it, but realize that Alex really is upset about not being with Jo. Towards the end of the episode, Jo confronts Alex about his awkwardness around her in the hallways, and tells him to stay out of her life. A little later, as Alex leaves the hospital for the night, he sees Jo and her boyfriend in an escalated argument...he shrugs it off. After some drinks with Avery he returns home to find Jo sitting outside his front door, her face bruised and beaten. WHAT? It looks like hot, angry Alex is about to come out in next week's episode, and I ain't mad.

Locked In: Even though Bailey has been cleared to return to work, she feels betrayed by Webber and the rest of her fellow doctors. She's hurt. She's broken. She can't get over the fact that her hands claimed the lives of three people. The entire episode Bailey locks herself in the lab while all of the doctors attempt to talk to her through the window in the door, but she keeps her back to them. Defeated, and worried about his colleague, Webber calls Bailey's husband, Ben (Jason George), and when Bailey hears his voice at the door, she breaks and lets him in. Will Bailey be able to return to operating? Only time will tell with this one.

Beautiful Eyes: There's a new guest surgeon in town, and she's got the hots for Arizona. Flown in for a special pediatric surgery, Lauren Boswell (Hilarie Burton) first meets Arizona in the cafeteria, where they mistakenly grab each other's coffee. From then on, everywhere Boswell sees Arizona, she makes sure to spit out these one-liners, grabbing Arizona's attention, and definitly making her uncomfortable. The problem is, Arizona seems to be flirting back. So, does she really cheat on Callie like the trailer implied? NO. At the end, when both are stuck in the elevator together, Arizona blurts out that she's happily married, and her wife is super hot with beautiful eyes. Way to go, Arizona.

Holding On: Owen can't seem to let go of his special attachment to the boy who's parents were in a car crash a few episodes. With the mom gone now, they impatiently wait for the father to regain consciousness. Now that the boy's grandmother has arrived, Owen thinks that all will be fine. That is until Ethan is admitted into the ER after getting into his grandma's pills at home. Grandma then tells Owen that she's not going to be able to take care of him, and Child Services is called. It's clearly visible that Owen debates in his head if he should take Ethan, and it's something that Cristina has noticed as well. At the end of the episode she asks if he's changed his mind and now wants a kid. His response? "I want you."

There's only 1 more episode left until the rumored to be explosive finale of Season 9 of "Grey's Anatomy." Keep watching!
