Richard Madden, aka the King of the North (that’s a “Game of Thrones” reference, for all you non-nerds out there), will be a different kind of ruler. He’ll be playing Prince Charming (or some kind of prince) in the upcoming “Cinderella” film, which stars “Downton Abbey’s” Lily James as everybody’s favorite shoe-losing princess. (Vulture)

Carly Rae Jepsen has become a redhead. (People)

The newly-created female lead in the upcoming Tom Cruise and Armie Hammer-starring “Man from U.N.C.L.E.” film has been cast, and the role goes to actress Alicia Vikander. (The Hollywood Reporter)

Networks are currently in the process of deciding what stays and what goes (in terms of shows), and Fox has picked up several comedy projects, including those by Andy Samberg and Seth MacFarlane. (EW)

“Jurassic Park 4” has been delayed, which is truly a shame because hello, dinosaurs. (The A.V. Club)
