Russian president Vladimir Putin faced off with a topless protester from the feminist group Femen on Monday, as Putin walked with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, according to the Telegraph.

The protester was blocked by Putin's aides, but the president's face in the Telegraph's photo is priceless. Putin later said, "As for the protest, I liked it. In principle, we knew that such a protest was being prepared."

The protester's back was painted with obscene Cyrillic writing that was reportedly anti-Putin. Two other women were with her shouting slogans and calling Putin a "dictator."

Putin has a history of punishing feminist protesters (Pussy Riot) and said, "If someone wants to debate political questions, then it's better to do it clothed rather than getting undressed. You should undress in other places, such as on nudist beaches."
