Two prisoners who had escaped Hopkins Country jail in Texas were captured by police on Thursday afternoon according to the county sheriff's office.

Police had been searching for 44-year-old Brian Allen Tucker, a capital murder suspect, and 40-year-old John Marlin King, a convicted drug offender, since they escaped from the jail on Tuesday afternoon. They were found and captured in Cooper, Texas which is 20 miles away from the jail.

Authorities said that the two men escaped by slipping through a hole in a fence. Tucker was placed on Texas's 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List, and there was even a $10,000 reward for information leading to his capture. Tucker was also a member of the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas gang according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The manhunt expanded after a woman called saying that her black SUV was taken by King. The woman, who was an acquaintance of King, could not identify to authorities whether the other man involved was Tucker. The woman will not be charged because she called police immediately after the two men left.
