According to the Boston Globe, police have pinned down the second bombing suspect after a shootout in the Boston suburb of Watertown, the site of a firefight last night in which the first suspect was killed.

Shortly after local law enforcement and government officials held a press conference announcing the lifting of an order to remain indoors and the re-opening of Boston's public transit system, police officers responded to reports of shots fired near Franklin Street in Watertown.

Boston CBS affiliate, WBZ-TV reports that police are surrounding a body hiding on a boat in Watertown, which sources have said they believe is the second bombing suspect, 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

NBC News is reporting that the Boston Police have brought a negotiator onto the scene. An ambulance has arrived as well.
