Well, in case you thought I was kidding about bringing you the biggest celebrity news story every week, I wasn't. I'm back again and this week, it gives you some practical (maybe obvious) tips on what not to do when pulled over by law enforcement.

This week's biggest celebrity news came from someone who is not as famous as she thought. Probably not the best thing to say to a cop when getting arrested is "Do you know who I am....Well you're about to find out." Actress Reese Witherspoon was arrested for disorderly conduct after her husband, Hollywood agent James Toth, was pulled over in Atlanta for weaving in and out of the driver's lane, according to the police report CNN reported

Toth stepped out of the car to perform a sobriety test and Witherspoon reportedly got out of the car multiple times to ask the state trooper what was going on. The trooper told her to return to the car and she replied, "that she was a US Citizen and that she was allowed to stand on American ground," the report states.

But she didn't just stop there. (That would have been too smart.) She told the trooper, " Do you know my name?" and "You're about to find out who I am." She later told him, "You are going to be on national news," according to the report.

Witherspoon and Toth were both arrested. Toth was charged with driving under the influence and failure to maintain the lane, while his wife was arrested for disorderly conduct. After spending time in jail, it seemed as though Witherspoon sobered up a bit and decided what she did wasn't one of her best ideas. She released a statement that said, "I clearly had one drink too many and I am deeply embarrassed about the things I said...I was disrespectful to the officer who was just doing his job. I have nothing but respect for the police and I'm very sorry for my behavior."

Witherspoon isn't the only celebrity who has been caught up with law enforcement though. Comedian Kevin Hart was just recently arrested in the middle of April on suspicion of driving under the influence. But Actress Amanda Bynes has had multiple run ins with the law lately, including an arrest for DUI in 2012. In 2007, mother and fashion designer, Nicole Richie was arrested for DUI also. Actor and director Mel Gibson found himself in trouble with the law on multiple occasions in 2006, also including DUI.

Many people take to social media to talk about celebrity run-ins with the law and just recently, Witherspoon's incident sparked many to respond. Twitter users weren't too impressed with her arrest but made light of the situation.
