The results are in! Meredith tests positive for the Alzheimer's gene, the doctors teach Syrian surgeons how to operate on patients with limited supplies, and an outbreak hits the hospital having everyone wonder how it started. So much drama! Let's recap now.

Lending A Hand: Two Syrian doctors come to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital in an effort to learn more about successfully operating on patients with limited supplies. All of the board members band together to teach the doctors on saving as many lives as possible with the supplies they do have. The doctors werre humbled by the Syrians doctors' gratefulness, and the entire scenario made the board members much more appreciative for the blessings they had within the hospital. At the end of the episode, April sneaks the doctors out with more supplies, paying it forward and thanking them for reminding them of the blessings of saving lives.

Preparing For Death: Meredith tests positive for the Alzheimer's gene, and all episode she is making her friends promise they will "pull the plug" on her before she starts going crazy. She insists her will gets updated, as Lexi was the next in line for guardians of Zola (and unborn baby). She thinks Crisitina would take them, but after discussing it with her, she realizes that Cristina wants to "be a great Aunt, not a Mom." Knowing that she's already overthinking things, Derek has Bailey map his genetics, and reads his tests back to Meredith. Prostrate cancer, early balding, and heroin addiction are among the results. The two vow to plan their future together, in sickness and in health.

Outbreak: Intern Leah is blamed for an outbreak after being sick one day at work and tending to three patients. Realizing that she's about to be fired, Leah retraces her steps to look at all of the people she treated while sick that day. What they realize, in the end however, is she only treated two of the patients, and the only person to touch all three was Miranda Bailey. Unsure of what to do next, the board members have Bailey sit down and try to figure out what went wrong.

What will happen to Bailey? How many people did she infect? Keep tuning in to "Grey's Anatomy," Thursdays at 9pm.
