Boston PD and Mayor Have Press Conference
"I believe he is still here in Massachusetts," said state police official in a press conference, regarding the second suspect of the Boston Marathong bombings on the loose. "We are commiting to seeing a conclusion to this case."

The police refused to comment on whether the suspects were getting help in the area. The police confirmed that the suspects had explosives with them during the manhunt that they used on the police force following them.
The police also called him a "violent and dangerous person."
In a message to the suspect, the spokesperson said, "Give himself up. Stop any further violence towards anyone. We cannot continue to lockdown an entire city or an entire state."
