The second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings is still on the loose, and maybe wearing a suicide vest, according Boston.com.

Dzhokhor A. Tsarnaev, 19, is also said to have ran over his brother in his attempt to escape the scene. The Krgyzstan native was studying at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, before the attacks.

His brother, the first suspect, was fatally wounded last night during a manhunt for both brothers, during which a police officer was shot and killed as well.

In a press conference today, the state police still believe that the suspect is still in Massachusetts currently.
