What’s up with young Hollywood actresses' fiend for nicotine?

It’s no hidden secret that Hollywood likes to smoke. Smoking is a bad habit to pick up, and even though celebrities get a free pass on just about everything, they cannot avoid the harmful health effects of smoking. Hollywood’s elites and countless stars from Elizabeth Taylor to Britney Spears have been pictured smoking. Women in Hollywood may look picturesque when smoking, but it is a grotesque image to see one of your favorite actresses lighting a cigarette and looking disheleved while doing so. We now have a new generation of celebrities that smoke; young stars such as Emma Roberts and Miley Cyrus are not afraid to smoke in public. Take a look at the list below to be surprised (or not) at the actresses who smoke.

Lindsay Lohan reportedly smoked two packs of cigarettes a day on the set of "Liz and Dick."
