The newly named Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital is slowly gaining its normality back, as the doctors juggle their roles as both surgeons and board members. AND, viewers finally find out the sex of Meredith and Derek's baby - McBoy or McGirl? Time to recap now!

Nothin But Pitches: The surgeons-turned-board members are eager to step back into the brand new reopened ER and also are dying to get their hands on a good surgery. What they're finding, however, is that the various department heads are tracking them down to pitch them plans and ideas of innovative programs at the hospital. The doctors are now wanted for one thing - their money. Dr. Russell tricks Yang into thinking she's helping out on an impressive new trial, but after assisting in the OR with him, he made it clear he just needed her money to invest in the next stages of the trial. Bailey corners every board member throughout the episode, trying to pitch her idea and get someone's approval. Needless to say, the doctors are overwhelmed. In the end, however, Yang realizes they are in charge now, and she grants approval for Bailey's idea, finding the funds by cutting Dr. Russell's program by a couple million. Cristina Yang - powerful board member surgeon!

Kids and Pranks: One of Karev's patients is a 12 year old boy who is terminally ill. The boy enjoys Karev and Jo as his doctors, but doesn't really care for Jo's new boyfriend. He convinces Karev to assist him in playing pranks on Jo's boy Jason all day- various false pages, random requests for urine samples, and a page to help with a patient named "Jenny Talia." Even Dr. Webber gets in on the fun. By the end of the day though, Jason catchs on and confronts Alex. It seemed Jason had the last jab when he said he'd be having some fun with Jo in the bathroom later that night, so all was well. Sooner or later Alex is going to have to confront Jo about his feelings for her!

Bringing Sexy Back: Arizona and Callie haven't been intimate in quite some time, due to the pain in Arizona's leg. Callie has been trying to play patient wife, but her role is just about up. She thinks that Arizona uses the pain in her leg as an excuse not to have sex. When she accidentally runs into her later in the day, Arizona is clearly in a lot of pain. Callie feels bad, and offers to help by massaging her leg and talking her through the pain. Choice well made, Callie, as later that night Arizona comes to her senses and gives her wife some lovin. About time!

Pregnancy Fears: Meredith is 28 weeks pregnant, and scared scared scared that something is going to go wrong with baby. She's playing the pessimist as she wants to be prepared in case anything goes wrong with her pregnancy. All day she talks to Yang, Bailey, and Karev about all the possible things that could be wrong with the baby. Derek reaches his breaking point, and at the end of the episode pulls Meredith into a room so they could do ultrasounds and find out as much about baby as they could. The results? Meredith and Derek are having a MCBOY!! Can't wait to see what name the perfect couple picks out.

Everything finally seems to be getting back to normal at the hospital. Now just to wait for McBaby!
