This week on "Grey's Anatomy," the ER comes back to life as an oil explosion erupts and many enter with hospital with serious injuries. Let's recap now.

April and Jackson- Reunited? After Kepner becomes emotionally tied to a pregnant woman who was seriously injured during an oil tank explosion, her mind wanders to finding parallels in her patient's story and her own life. When the new mom doesn't make it, but the baby does, April struggles with the God's plan of putting two people together. Why would He put two people who are destined to be together in situation where they are ripped apart? She gives herself some space in the on-call room after having an emotional breakdown. Cue Jackson - who goes in to comfort her. The two share a moment in where they almost kiss... but are interrupted by Alex (Face palm). Will the two be reunited?

Attached: Owen finds himself getting emotinally attached to young boy who comes in after a rough car crash with his parents, both of whom are in critical condition. Something in the boy pulls at Owen, and throughout the episode he goes out of his way to let the boy see his parents, have lunch with him, and talk him through his parents' conditions. Both parents made it through surgery, and Owen was able to befriend the boy in the process.

Funny Feeling: Guest star Sarah Chalke plays a mom who comes in to Grey Sloan Memorial looking for answers concering her sick son. Once treated, Jo confirms that the boy has strep throat, and discharges them. The mom returns to the hospital later insisting that her son's symptoms are not getting better. Jo consults a psychiatrist and brings him in to speak with the mother, as they were starting to believe that she was making it up. After causing a scene in the ER, Meredith overhears her and steps up, reassuring her that she believes everything. Meredith runs numerous tests, but can't find anything wrong with the boy, other than strep throat. Puzzled and frustrated, Meredith runs over the lab results again, and realizes that the strep test came back negative! Rushing back to the boy, she checks him and realizes that he has Kawaski Disease, a suggestion that his mother presented to Meredith. Thanks to his mother's research and Meredith's faith in the mother's gut feeling, both were able to save the boy from getting permanent damage to his heart!

At the end of the episode, Meredith enters Bailey's lab with Zola in tow, and asks Bailey to genetically map both her and Zola. She tells Bailey that she wants to be there for Zola in case anything goes wrong, and she wants to know if she's going to get Alzheimer's Disease.

What do you think will be the verdict? Will Meredith test positive for Alzheimer's? Tune in next week to find out!
