Authorities are reporting a fatal shooting spree in Orange County that has left four people dead, including the shooter as well as others who are injured.

Orange County sheriff’s spokesman Jim Amormino told KPCC that authorities responded to the first shots at 4:45 a.m. Tuesday in a house in Ladera Ranch. When they arrived they found a woman shot several times.

In the following 25 minutes the suspect allegedly stole a car and shot and killed three others in Tustin and Santa Ana.

Later the suspect shot himself at an intersection in Tustin, Amormino said.

Authorities said that the motives for the shooting are still unknown and it is also unclear if the victims knew the shooter.
