When Hollywood's finest come together for a time of celebration, it's sure to be a night of glamour and elegance. Well…that's if you exclude the wardrobe malfunctions and uncensored surprises. Designer dresses and big wins aren't the only things that keep us entertained by the Oscars year to year. From nip slips to spilled secrets, check out some highlights from the Oscars' blooper reel.

1. Melissa Leo's F-Bomb
Melissa Leo snagged an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in "The Fighter" at the 2011 Academy Awards and let the world know just how shocked she was about her win. The baffled actress referenced former winner Kate Winslet in her acceptance speech as she began by saying, "When I watched Kate two years ago, it looked so f****** easy." Oops, the crowd didn't see that one coming, and apparently neither did the censors.
2. Jennifer Lopez's Peep Show
The question surrounding J.Lo's "wardrobe malfunction" still hasn't been answered - did we see too much or nothing at all? When Lopez presented with Cameron Diaz last year at the 84th Annual Academy Awards, many claimed they had seen a nip slip on stage from the singer's revealing gown. ABC News reported that Lopez, backed by her stylist, denied having wardrobe issues the night of the Oscars, but it still remains an argued case.
3. Tom Hanks' High School Drama
Tom Hanks may have gotten just a little too emotional at the 1994 Oscars. While being awarded for his role as a gay lawyer in the film "Philadelphia," Hanks used his acceptance speech to heartwarmingly thank the two most influential gay men in his life, one of whom was his high school drama teacher Rawley Farnsworth. Touching and all, but there's a problem here: Farnsworth himself had never publicly stepped out of the closet. Looks like Hanks already covered that for him.
4. The Streaker
David Niven was met with a surprise when he hosted the Academy Awards in 1974. While Niven was introducing actress Elizabeth Taylor, a naked man ran across the stage and caused an interruption in his speech. The crowd went wild (no one expected a streak show), but what was Niven's reaction? Completely unfazed by the streaker, he commented, "But isn't it fascinating to think that probably the only laugh that man will ever get in his life is by stripping off and showing his shortcomings?"
5. Excuse His French!
We were all a bit lost in translation during Jean Dujardin's acceptance speech for Best Actor at the 2012 Oscars. The French actor, who was recognized for his role in "The Artist," proudly expressed his gratitude in his native tongue by exclaiming, "If George Valentin could speak, he would say 'Wow! Putain, genial, merci, formidable, merci beaucoup, I love you!'" Now if the censors were too late in catching the F-bomb as it is, you can't exactly expect them to catch the French version. It wasn't until later that reporters realized that part of Dujardin's French commentary had been an inappropriate slip of the tongue.
