In one of the first performances of the evening, Charlize Theron and Channing Tatum showed off their legitimate dancing skills in elegant and classy outfits, mirroring the elegance and class of the dance itself.

To kick off the movie musical live montage, Catherine Zeta-Jones reprised her role in Chicago by performing "All That Jazz" in the same slinky number from the film. She oozed sex appeal on stage, reminding everyone of the magic she made in the 2002 movie.

Jennifer Hudson continued the montage with a performance of "And I Am Telling You" that brought the house to its feet, and not just because of her singing. The beautiful and svelte belter showed off her gorgeous curves in a low-cut, sparkly body-con gown.

Anne Hathaway repeated a portion of her tear-inducing rendition of "I Dreamed a Dream" wearing a dream-like gown. The sparkly and tiered dress was a pleasant departure from her red carpet choice for the evening.

Several other members of the Les Misérables cast had some stunning outfits on stage. Samantha Barks and Amanda Seyfried represented two-thirds of the French flag with flattering and classic dresses. Eddie Redmayne stuck with a classic suit-and-tie combination, letting his model looks provide all the beauty we needed.

Adele kept her performance look consistent with what she wore on the carpet - dark, sparkly, well-fitting and modest. She swapped her '60s bouffant for full, classic waves while delivering a powerful rendition of her Oscar-winning hit "Skyfall."

Barbra Streisand delivered an incredible Oscars performance tonight for the first time in 36 years with "The Way We Were." She wore a beautiful and appropriate glimmering black gown that matched her stage presence in the best way.

Norah Jones had a brief performance singing her Oscar-nominated song "Everybody Needs A Best Friend" in a yellow-green, A-line dress. She chose to accent the dress with a silver belt and the same updo she had on the red carpet.

After Argo won the final award of the evening, Kristin Chenoweth and Seth McFarlane rounded out the show with a performance to honor all the losers of the night. McFarlane stayed in his trusty tuxedo, but Chenoweth switched into a dress reminscent of Mr. Oscar himself. It glowed as much as her skin and hair and wrapped around every curve of her small frame.
