It seems that almost nothing can save Seattle Grace Mercy West hospital now, but a few doctors are willing to risk it all in one last attempt to keep their hospital the way it should be. Let's recap this week's "Grey's" now.

Too Late: While everyone's been watching Jo and Alex the past couple weeks knowing they're adorable together, it seems that they are the last two to realize it. This week however, Alex starts to recognize the chemistry the two have, and makes subtle glances at her or nicer-than-normal conversation. Jo isn't catching on. At the end of the episode, after a long day with a crazy couple as patients, Alex suggests going out for a beer. Jo explains she has plans and walks away toward a handsome young man. Her best friend, other intern Stephanie, comes up to Alex to explain that this mystery man is a new guy Jo asked out herself. Ouch Alex. Can he figure out how to take charge and make a move? Let's hope so.

New Interests: April is finally moving forward with this new cute paramedic. He asks her out on a formal date and she freezes. She's so nervous! She attempts to talk to Jackson about it, unsure if they would be able to get through a conversation like this without feeling too awkward. Sure enough, Jackson offers sarcastic advice, resulting in April storming out. Later, he makes amends and tells her to just be herself, and the rest will fall into place. Hoping for a Jackson-April reunion? Doesn't look like one will be happening in the near future, but we can keep hoping! April finds out that this cutie paramedic is saving himself until marriage. What a perfect couple! April melts into a pool of happiness.

Doctors and Capes: Last week's episode ended with Callie suggesting the doctors use their $15 million each to buy the hospitals themselves in hopes of saving it from being taken over by a careless company, Pegasus Horizons. This week, they're having a hard time coming to a unanimous decision. Cristina doesn't want to lie to Owen, Arizona doesn't want to spend the money at all, and everyone else is consistenly going back and forth. When a buyer all of a sudden voices interest in making an offer that night, the doctors are taken by complete surprise and all agree to buy the hospital. The realization hits that they don't have all of the money, which leads the doctors to do the only thing they can do...quit. 

Quitting makes the hospital much less valuable, and the offer dissolves quickly in the board room.

Callie, Derek, Meredith, Cristina, and Arizona gather at Derek and Meredith's house to try and formulate a legit plan with Derek's financial advisor in hopes to finally make things right at Seattle Grace Mercy West.
