This week on "The Face Of Change", the doctors rally together during a time of transformation and the plane crash victims try to save the hospital, all while Alex steals Meredith's job and narrates the episode. Let's recap now.

The Suits Are Coming: As buyers begin to tour the hospital, the doctors are expected to be on their best behavior. The type of behavior that definitely doesn't include sneaking a 10-year-old boy into the trauma room in order to save his life. What began as a secret between Avery and April soon involved Meredith, Cristina, even Derek. As Cristina put it, they "were doing the right thing", regardless of the new policies. They managed to treat the patient before he was noticed and successfully got him the necessary surgery.

Duking It Out: Part of the hospital's transformation calls for some "new faces" of the hospital. Jackson and Karev (as well as their lady friends) had to duke it out for their place in the promotional pictures. Cahill, the PR professional assigned to create a new brand for the hospital, follows both of them around all day, snapping pictures and asking way too many questions. Who wins? Well, no one really, as the doctors ditch the competition to save the 10-year-old boy's life.

Future Love? Alex and Jo sure do spend a lot of time together. They're best friends. It's super cute. BUT, could Jo really be Alex's next person? Meredith shamelessly tells Alex that she should be. After being inseparable for the last few weeks and seeing their chemistry, it seems inevitable that the two will take the next step and be a thing. We certainly hope so!

Only Hope: In a crucial meeting, Owen, Webber, Callie and Bailey spoke on the fate of the hospital. Callie was the first to speak about not allowing the transformation of the hospital. Bailey was the one to speak up to remind her that the plane crash survivors had "already done enough". With that slap, Callie was on a mission to figure out what they could do to save the hospital. The final plan? Callie calls a meeting on the roof of the hosptial with the other plane crash survivors. She boldly suggest that with each of the survivors' $15 milion, they buy the hospital themselves.

Can the doctors really save Seattle Grace-Mercy West? Next week we'll have to find out!
