The drama continues on this week's "Grey's" as the doctors turn to Dr. Richardson in hopes to save their hospital. Let's recap now.

Feeling Funny: Everything about Meredith's pregnancy has been going along great- until now. Or, wait, everything is ok! Meredith freaks out this episode due to a "funny feeling" in her stomach. She was positive that something wasn't right with the baby. Cue Bailey to the rescue and...just kidding! All she's feeling is her baby kicking for the first time! Glad everything's ok with the perfect doctor child!

Watchful Eye: As part of Dr. Richardson's new system, she has surveillance cameras installed all over the hospital, making Seattle Grace Mercy West a very creepy, Big-Brother style place to be in. Richardson wants to make sure she can be watching all the doctors at all times.

The Power of Prayer?: Cristina has a very interesting case this week- a badly injured Jehovah's Witness who won't take blood because of his religion. His family believes that all they need is prayer, and his body will heal himself. Cristina was forced to perform open heart surgery without any blood transfusions- something that is rarely done. The patient ends up dying because he didn't receive blood.

New Plan: Meanwhile, Derek and April try to come up with a new budget plan to save the ER. After getting support from others, they present the plan to Alanna, hoping she will approve. What they come to find out however, is Alanna had more to her plan- to clean up and boost the hospital before she gets ready to sell it.

Is this really the end of Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital? I hope not.
