Google Seeking "Bold, Creative Individuals" To Test-Run Computer Glasses
Wednesday morning, Google posted a nationwide job offer of sorts.

After unveiling their new Google Glass technology at Google I/O in San Francisco last year, Google has decided to open up the chance to test out their cutting-edge digital glasses to the general public.

The augmented reality specs, which were featured in Time Magazine's Best Inventions of The Year 2012 have a half-inch video display, which comes into focus when the wearer looks up and to the right. The glasses can record video, take snapshots, look up directions, video-chat, give appointment reminders and browse the web. The wearable computer also features voice command technology.
Google Glass is now inviting any American over the age of 18 to try out the glasses. Fittingly, applications must be made through Google Plus or Twitter and be fifty words or less.
Google Glass also released a new teaser video with their announcement, in which users skydive, ice skate, ride rollercoasters and more.
