Once again, Chris Brown has managed to give himself the worst possible publicity, pulling a classic Kanye West move at Sunday night's Grammys.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, after losing to Frank Ocean, the "Run It" singer stayed in his seat while the rest of the audience stood to applaud as Ocean accepted his award. Before Ocean claimed his Grammy for "Channel Orange," the audience stayed silent while Brown's name was announced for "Best Urban Contemporary Album."

This is of course in the wake of Ocean and Brown's West Hollywood altercation, where Ocean refused to press charges, saying, "I'll choose sanity. No criminal charges. No civil lawsuit. Forgiveness, albeit difficult, is wisdom."

Brown is currently facing parole violation charges for his alleged fraudulent community service reports - adding this to his long list of legal woes.
