Burberry Prorsum's Autumn/Winter 2013 fashion runway show was the true definition of art.

With the soft natural light beaming through the glass roof of the show room in Kensington Gardens, London, it illuminated the creme beige stage with a magically serene aura.

Prominent faces including Anna Wintour,Rosie Hungtington-Whiteley, Rita Ora, and Freida Pinto positioned on the side lines. In front of their eyes, the show opened with Eddie Campbell sporting a tan translucent rubber sleeved, collared and gun flapped, camel gabardine knee-length trench coat strutting to Misty Miller's "Happy Together".

Contrasting fabrics continue to take its toll as a primary element. The ingenious Christopher Bailey made an audacious move, taking the trend to the next level by incorporating Burberry's signature tweed and wool coat with rubber, laminated leather and gold metal plate accent.

In this collection, sprinkles of playful femininity was delicately incorporated into the Burberry style with heart printed trench coats and one piece dresses without the overwhelming sensation of childishness.

Animal prints have been an unmissable component of autumn and winter season for consecutive years, and this year in Burberry Prorsum collection Bailey brought oxblood-colored python skin into the family on a delectable cropped jacket. Contrasting fabrics reached the animal family as well through a leopard and zebra mix, as well as calf and zebra mix on trench coats.

As the music shifted into a majestic beats of "Picking Up the Pieces" by Paloma Faith, the show hit its highlight with Jourdan Dunn walking down the runway wearing an trench coat embellished with leopard-spot-shaped, 3D metal plates.

With the metal plates accented on various coats throughout the show, it shows Burberry as more than just elegant and classy, but also a modernistic and edgy brand.

Burberry Prorsum Autumn/Winter 2013 fashion showcase was beautiful, elegant, inventive, and simply unforgettable.
