Well, she’s certainly got the comedy chops for it: Tina Fey’s been confirmed as the female lead of the upcoming “Muppets” sequel (Ricky Gervais will be her human male counterpart). (The Hollywood Reporter)

Joseph Gordon-Levitt yesterday, and Josh Brolin today. Another casting swap (this time in place of Clive Owen) took place for the upcoming “Sin City” sequel. (Vulture)

NBC’s “1600 Penn” is going to be screened at its real world namesake—that is, the White House. (Deadline)

Ooo, scandalous. The screenwriter attached to the upcoming “50 Shades of Grey” adaptation said that the eventual film will be rated NC-17. (EW)

A little late, but better late than never: Skrillex’s new 3 song EP “Leaving” is available for streaming online. Surprisingly, it doesn’t all sound like Transformers having sex. (Stereogum)
