Tim Tebow started it all. "Tebowing." Who's in line to follow Tebow with his own trademark? The quarterback for the 49ers, Colin Kaepernick. His trademark? "Kaepernicking." This is a move where you kiss your own, hopefully tattooed, bicep, just as Colin Kaepernick has done during his football celebrations.

He filed a trademark for "Kaepernicking" earlier this month. He plans to start using it on clothing, but specifically T-shirts. One company, Sportiqe, is already authorized to officially make "Kaepernicking" shirts. They are sold online at a preorder for men and women at $35 each.

Some of the proceeds from the shirt go to a camp he has long been involved with, Camp Taylor. It organizes camps for children with congenital heart defects. His adoptive parents lost two children to heart complications.

According to a survey on ESPN's website, some argue it's too soon for Kaepernick to claim this trademark and should be focusing on the Super Bowl, but others argue there's nothing wrong with it. Either way, pictures of "Kaepernicking" are flooding the social media world.
