Algerian Hostage Crisis Leaves 37 Dead, More Missing

Algerian Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal said Monday that 37 foreigners died in the hostage crisis, with five additional foreigners still unaccounted for, according to The New York Times.

Sellal also said that 29 hostage takers were killed and three were captured over four days.  He claimed that two of the militants were Canadian.
