South African President Jacob Zuma announced that Nelson Mandela, the former president of South Africa, was admitted to a hospital to undergo tests. He said that Mandela was doing fine.

Mandela was hospitalized multiple times earlier this year. Zuma said that the tests he is currently undergoing are normal for a man of Mandela's age.

Mandela is in a military hospital in Pretoria.
