It's all about the interns on this week's "Grey's Anatomy". The focus lies in how the interns are getting along at Seattle Grace Mercy West. The vibe of the episode seems very familiar to the older season of "Grey's"- when Izzie. George, Cristina, and the others were all interns at Seattle Grace. Let's recap now.

Celebrate Baby? Meredith's intern has the duty of answering all of Meredith's cell phone calls, and receives a call from Mer's doctor, confirming an ultrasound. Later, Meredith hunts her intern down and makes her swear not to repeat the news of her pregnancy to anyone. We find out that Meredith doesn't want anyone to know about the baby, as she fears she's going to miscarry. 

Alex and The Intern Even though he gets in trouble every time he gets close to his female interns, this week Karev is getting close to one - and in a different way. Dr. Wilson (intern) is constantly heckled by Karev, who keeps addressing her by "Princess". Karev is convinced that Dr. Wilson is a stuck-up, rich girl, but little does he know that Dr. Wilson has a sad past that in the end reveals a much different side to her. Possible relationship in the works? We'll have to find out in the weeks to come!

Derek, the Guinea Pig  After agreeing to go back under the knife in an attempt to regain all hand function back, Meredith has decided to have her intern call Derek's sisters to get them to donate a nerve from their hand to Derek's hand. Family nerves create a significantly higher chance of success, but Derek doesn't want his family involved. Multiple times he orders Meredith, her intern, and Callie to shut it down, but Meredith's poor intern is stuck being pushed into calling Derek's family by Meredith. In the end, she finally snaps at both Derek and Meredith for their unfair treatment, and compares his sisters to wolves. Cue sister-wolf, and in walks Izzy Sheperd (played by Neve Campbell), who flew to Seattle to help with the nerve transplant.
