The Christmas season was in full swing at Universal Studios Hollywood’s Grinchmas Celebration on Saturday. Complete with tree lighting and celebrity readings of “How the Grinch Stole Christmas,” this cozy occasion was a fun and festive way to kick off the holiday season.

Among the stars who took part in the festivities were RJ Mitte from AMC's Breaking Bad and Community’s Yvette Nicole Brown. They read Dr. Seuss’ classic Christmas tale before the lighting of the Grinchmas tree.

Celebs from Glee, Californication, True Blood, Once Upon a Time and more will be on hand each night to read the beloved story from now until Dec. 31. Get the full line-up of appearances here.

In addition to celebrity sightings, children and adults alike sung along with the Whos as Whoville came to life on the backlot of Universal Studios. Guests were able to enjoy real snow and marvel at the whimsy of the lopsided, 60-foot Grinchmas tree.

Join the Grinch and his trusty side kick Max for a Who-liday full of fun from now until the end of the month.
