On election day, Ohio is a key state for Romney, representing 18 electoral votes. Ohio is known for having always supported the future president since 1964. Recent polls in Ohio say Obama is leading the race with 50.0% of the voters while Romney holds 47.1% of the voters. Due to the importance of Ohio, Romney, Ryan and Biden all traveled to Ohio for last minute campaigning.

Romney and his running mate, Paul Ryan, as well as Vice President Biden arrived in Cleveland this morning making Ohio truly a "battleground state." Romney has focusing much of his attention on Ohio this week, hosting a rally similar to a mini-Republican National Convention in West Chester, Ohio on Friday.
There has also been reported voter fraud in Ohio. True the Vote, a Tea Party group has been accused of committing fraud while actually trying to combat fraud. The group was attempting to sign up poll observers in regions of Ohio but may have forged signatures to do so.
