Mila Kunis To Executive Produce CW Drama
Despite being an '80s baby, it seems Mila Kunis is all about the '70s.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the "Ted" actress is set to executive produce "Meridian Hills," a drama centered around the women's liberation movement. Set in a country club in 1972, the show will follow a young newlywed navigating through the upheaval of gender roles in a changing society, a time in which the Equal Rights Amendment was just beginning to take root. She eventually joins the Junior League, a long-standing nonprofit organization for women, and bands with fellow libbers to reshape the idea of gender equality. The CW has scooped up the rights to the series.
The 26-year-old is not expected to appear on-screen.
