General Petraeus' biographer and alleged mistress, Paula Broadwell, announced unpublished facts about the attack on Benghazi during their affair, confirming fears that the relationship had compromised national security, according to the Daily Beast.

Broadwell claimed prisoners were being held at the CIA annex and otherwise suggested she had access to state secrets during a speech at the University of Denver on Oct. 26.
