This week on "Grey's Anatomy", there was an off-set twist! Star Chandra Wilson (AKA: Bailey) directed the episode, something she's done now multiple times for the show. Shedding a light on an issue close to her heart, Wilson incorporates her daughter's Cyclic Vomiting Disease into the show. This episode of "Grey's" also highlights the much anticipated return of Cristina Yang to Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital.

Let's break it down.

Everyone, get excited- Cristina Yang is BACK! Playing her usual self, the interns have not yet witnessed the wrath of Yang, and she's back with nicknames and hell to raise for them. After getting the O.K. from her new boss, Yang seems to take over her wing of the hospital, realizing that she actually is a good teacher. It seems that Owen is holding on to the emotional grudge of Cristina leaving him, so he's hard on her for acting like she's head of her wing. Not too fast, however, because we learn that Owen fought extremely hard to get Cristina back and working at Seattle Grace. Cristina moves out of her condo and back into Meredith's old home, which is newly owned by Alex, who agrees to let her live with him.

Jackson and April continue their awkward courtship, even though April claims to regret every get-together. She feels extremely guilty for "cheating on Jesus", and Jackson is over listening to her over-dramatic speeches about what she's doing with him. In the end, however, Jackson tells her it's not just sex, and he has real feelings for her. The feelings are mutual! Now, let's see where their relationship goes from here.

The events of the plane crash can't seem to go away, and are brought up again as doctors from the crash are about to go to court. Callie insists that everyone was ready to take the settlement until Derek stated he wasn't on board with the idea, and indirectly pushed everyone to agree not to settle. Both open up and in the end resolve their argument, returning back to the meeting and hearing that they will be going after people who put them on the plane- someone like Owen. How will the doctors be able to sink one of their own?

It's clear that the hospital is not the same without Arizona. Callie is at a loss for how to help her, but Bailey wants her back. Cue Bailey to the rescue! She calls Arizona for some "advice" on a patienet, even though she easily knows what's wrong with the child. Arizona takes the bait and throughout the episode she is on the phone with Bailey, annoyingly asking her question about the patient's chart. In the end, Bailey's plan could not have gone better, as Arizona walks in slowly with the assitance of a cane, and the two begin to talk about the patient. Will Arizona be back at work sooner than we think?

"Grey's Anatomy" airs on ABC Thursdays.
