This week is an episode to celebrate! Arizona is back, and one of the doctors is pregnant! Let's recap now.

Arizona- She's back, y'all! All of the doctors try to prepare the hospital for Arizona's return- Callie gives them a speech on not making a big deal out of her return to work, to keep things casual. Karev has an intern lag behind Arizona throughout the day with a wheelchair, knowing that Arizona won't ask for help if she needs a break from standing or walking on her new leg. At the end of the day, she falls over in the ER, but laughs it off and picks herself back up. Old Arizona is back to Seattle Grace Mercy West!

Married, But Not Together- Cristina and Owen are still legally married, but after Cristina's return to Seattle, you would think they were strangers. Cristina finally confronts Owen and asks him why he pushed for her return, and Owen glumly responds that it's "good business" and that they no longer "work" as a couple. Cristina is visibly upset, and later admits to Meredith that she wants Owen back. While uncertainty remains in their relationship, Owen finds out later that he hasn't been fired for his negligence of careful inspection of the airline he sent the doctors on during the plane crash because he's still married to Cristina. The board hoped that since the couple was still married, the ordeal would blow over. Instead, at the end of the episode when Cristina meets with him to discuss what they should do about their now empty apartment, she's ready to get him back. Owen, however, spits out that he wants a divorce. Are Cristina and Owen really over?

Prepare For Baby?- April is late, and she knows she "works like a clock". She confronts Jackson, who starts freaking out, but no where near as much as April. She gives him an out, telling him she could do it all by herself. Jackson returns later and says he's all in. (AWW!) He's ready to marry her, get a big house, have a big wedding, and be with April. When they finally get the results at the end of the show, turns out April isn't pregnant. She proclaims her relief and is so happy that she's not pregnant. Jackson, on the other hand, is visibly upset after just committing himself to her. Hurt and embarassed, he calls things off with April.

World's Best Big Sister- Meredith is pregnant! When Derek comes home from work, she gets Zola a shirt that says "World's Best Big Sister" and puts it in a bag as a present to Derek. After Derek finally decided to have Callie operate again on his hand after a push from Meredith, the two are finally back to being the adorable, stable couple that the show loves to see- and with a little baby on the way!
