Romney Raises $12 Million After Debate Performance

According to his campaign, Mitt Romney received $12 million in online contributions within 48 hours of the first presidential debate on Wednesday.
The campaign said that 60 percent of that money came from first-time donors. The $12 million the campaign raised in such a short amount of time is greater than the amount of money it raised after Paul Ryan was announced as Romney’s running mate.
There has also been an increase in the number of volunteers and people in the crowd at his events since the debate.
