Libya Prime Minister To Step Down

Libya's prime minister-elect Mustafa Abushagur will step down after failing to win approval to form a new cabinet, the Daily Beast reported Sunday.
There will likely be an election of a new leader by the General National Congress in a few weeks, according to Market Watch.
The GNC rejected his proposed cabinet 125-44. Some claimed that the appointees didn't represent the country and included members of the Muslim Brotherhood, according to Reuters.
Abushagur was elected in September during the nation's first free election in decades.
