Swift recently bought a 4.9 million dollar house across the street from her now ex’s Kennedy compound.  Swift reportedly fell in love with the neighborhood and the perks of having her beau close by. (I predict this house will be sold within the next year).

A source revealed that ‘Taynor” amicably split.

“His friends have said it’s over,” a source from Kennedy’s high school, Deer Academy, told PEOPLE. “I have the feeling she ended it.”

Although Swift gained plenty approval from good ‘ole Grandma Ethel Kennedy, she couldn’t avoid the inevitable end to her brief relationship with Kennedy.

Swift’s busy schedule may have caused the two to become distant from one another.  She’s currently traveling across the country to promote her recent album "Red," performing at the Country Music Awards this Thursday, will co-host the Grammy nomination concert, and recently announced that she will have a 2013 tour. Her busy schedule is what reportedly made her to end her relationship with Kennedy.
