Hillary Clinton Talks About Her Future As Secretary of State

Hillary Clinton has dealt with a number of foreign issues as secretary of state, including recent problems in Libya that might impact her reputation.

Hillary Clinton has previously said she will serve only one term as Secretary of State under President Barack Obama. 

In a recent interview with The Wall Street Journal, however, she suggests the possibility isn't ruled out.  Calling her second term "unlikely," Clinton told the WSJ recent current event have not altered her date of departure.

Clinton has taken responsibility for the consulate security that failed in Benghazi last month, leading to the death of U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans.  While a popular member of the Obama Administration, her reputation faces the possible harm.

If Clinton leaves the Obama Administration her political future is still unknown.  She has stated no intention for mounting a bid for presidential candidate in 2016, but she also hasn't done much to dispel rumors that she might.
