What would you do to have lunch with one of the hottest actors in Hollywood? Two fans are willing to pay $58,000 for a date with the one and only George Clooney, according to Vanity Fair. The bidding began on the CharityBuzz website in September after the 51-year-old actor agreed to the auction in order to benefit the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN).

The GLSEN organization aims to educate students about having equality and respect for each other regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. GLSEN held its Respect Awards event on October 10 which celebrities Octavia Spencer, Amy Adams and Matt Bomer attended.

Bidding for Clooney’s charity lunch started at $6,500 and was estimated to be worth over $20,000, but the winning bid has proven that this once-in-a-lifetime experience is worth much more than that.

Though the terms of the package state that it may take up to one year to schedule as Clooney is a very busy man, the lucky winner will one day enjoy the company of Clooney and entertainment journalist Dave Karger for lunch at the Soho House in West Hollywood.
