With Emma Stone’s attachment to the upcoming “The Amazing Spider-Man” sequel still up in the air, it’s only natural for folks to wonder who’ll play Spidey’s next and most iconic paramour, Mary Jane Watson. The leading candidate for the role appears to be Shailene Woodley, who proved her acting chops in “The Descendents.” (Variety)

“American Horror Story: Asylum” can’t possibly need more big name stars, except of course it does. This time, it’s “Deadwood” badass Ian McShane who’s been added to the cast. (The Hollywood Reporter)

The new trailer for Quentin Tarantino’s upcoming “Django Unchained” is a barrel of laughs… A very Quentin Tarantino kind of barrel of laughs, however (watch below). (EW)

CBS has canceled its show “Made in Jersey.” Damn, who didn’t want to watch a dramedy about a young plucky lawyer making it in—oh, New Jersey? Well that explains it. (Ed. note: I’m from the Jerz.) (Vulture)

Nicolas Winding Refn has directly ruled out a “Drive” sequel, but in a new interview, he hinted that Ryan Gosling’s character Driver may yet appear on the big screen. No word on whether he will still be wearing that now iconic jacket, driving around to awesome ‘80s-esque French electro. (The Guardian)
